Telenor unit buys 3G spectrum: The Malaysian GSM network provider DiGi, a subsidiary of the Norwegian telecoms group Telenor, announced an alliance with Time dotCom Berhad (TdC) that it will involve the acquisition of a 3G license owned by TdC for the issuance of 27.5 million new DiGi shares.
