BSP OKs Smart loan for its 3G project
SMART Communications Inc., one the country’s top mobile phone providers, has obtained the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ approval for its plan to seek a fresh $50 million foreign loan for the expansion of its 3G services.
